Course Description

The Believe In Yourself online course is created for performing artists as well as students training toward a career in the performing arts/entertainment industry. It is relevant to performers & students in all genres, including: singers, dancers, actors, musicians, musical theatre, circus performers, comedians, magicians etc. 

This course will help you to overcome negative mindsets about yourself and your work as a performing artist and help you develop positive, balanced beliefs that you can actually believe in! It will anchor you in a secure sense of your value & abilities and help you draw on deep internal motivators so you can really enjoy what you do and stay resilient amidst the pressures of the industry.

You'll gain access to one module of Believe In Yourself each week over 5 weeks. Each Module contains 5-7 video lessons, a Core Practice and an audio Mind-Movie meditation, with corresponding workbook questions to apply your learning to your own life. There are also opportunities to interact and discuss your learning with others via our private facebook group.

You'll have direct email access to Philippa for the duration of the course for support so you can have your questions answered and get ahead with believing in yourself.

Counsellor & Former Professional Ballet Dancer

Philippa Ziegenhardt

Philippa is a former professional ballet dancer, so she knows firsthand the pressures and self-doubt that so many performers face when pursuing their dreams. She is now a qualified Counsellor, with over 6 years experience working with performing artists. Philippa is Counsellor and performance psychology teacher at The Australian Ballet School and founder of StageMinded.com and she is on a mission to make sure every performer, student & teacher is equipped to thrive in the industry.
